I have known and worked with Fiona over a number of years largely through Fiona’s involvement in the One Plan, Horizons Regional Councils integrated resource management plan.  I found Fiona to be responsive, timely, constructive, insightful and best of all she got on with the job at hand and got the job done to a high standard.
